[png-mng-implement] Fwd: [glennrp/libpng] Support NUGET (#154)

We have a "pull request" to add NuGet support to libpng.
It involves adding a "contrib/NuGet" directory with a
half-dozen scripts.

Is there any objection to accepting this request?
