Hi,
I see many security fixes done in Zlib version 1.2.11. Libpng latest
version 1.6.28 includes older version of zlib 1.2.8. Even 1.6.29a Beta 01
include Zlib version 1.2.8. When can i expect new version of libpng with
Zlib 1.2.11 integrated?

How did you determine that?
libpng includes whatever version of zlib it finds on your system.

When can i expect new version of libpng with Zlib 1.2.11 integrated?

That's up to whoever is doing the integrating (not us).
